Making a complaint
Last year over 5 million formal complaints were made to schools. We want to be transparent about how to go about the process should the need ever arise.
Your child will be with us for 7 or 8 years so it would be understandable if, in that time, you might need to raise an issue with school. If you do, we ask that you follow our school’s complaints policy Complaints Policy and Procedure which will make sure things are dealt with in the correct way.
